Just picked up a nice 04 Ram reg cab with the 4.7 and 250k miles. Runs great but notice at idle in park it has a little shake to it. Also notice at idle if you just barely touch the gas pedal the rpms actually drop. Love the truck and it looks like new. Any ideas?

 

sounds like maybe you should clean the idle air control..

could be a vacuum leak...

maybe a miss due to fuel pressure at idle? ..
