Almost none of them have LSD. Easy enough to test, though. Put one rear wheel on slippery, one on dry and goose it. If the "slippery" wheel spins, it doesn't have LSD.

I would have thought LSD came standard in 4x4's. But I do know my 1500 4x4 has it, was an option, Of course I dont think there was any real option my 02 didn't get when built new.

LSD came from the factory on something like 30% of the 4x4s. Doesn't make sense to me, either. If I ever have need of a 4x4, I'll make sure LSD is on there.

Ltd slip and posi traction are not the same, Posi is a GM term, booth axles shafts are drivin at the same time were as with a ltd slip, when one axle shaft slips, it will lock the othier axle shaft.

Ltd slip is not standard on dodge trucks, on the 2500 axle ratios are 375 or 410 and 4wd are really 3 wd unless you have a front locking diff.

The 2500 has a limited slip that is completely different than that found in the 1500 (except Mega Cabs). It is not a clutch type and instead uses a worm type gear (much like the Detroit TruTrac). Unfortunately, as stated, many more came from the factory without LSD. You can always obtain a build sheet if you have the VIN either online or from a dealer which will tell you if it came from the factory equipped with the feature.

I always thought it was a "no-brainer" to have a LSD in a 4x4 as well, having had a couple of Chevy Z71s in my day. But apparently Chrysler doesn't think that way...

Posi-traction and limited slip are the same thing. Pontiac called it "Saf-T-Trac", Rambler called it "Dual-traction", "Anti-spin" may be a Chrysler-specific term or it may be more generic. Both axles driven all the time is more like a locker or solid-axle.

Basically, anything that is not an open differential but does not 100% lock the two sides (locker, spool, or simply welding the spiders) is by definition a limited slip differential - no matter what the manufacturer chooses to call it...

If they have a build sheet, or the sticker is still in the glove box... looks for option "DSA Anti-spin" differential. That will indicate if it has the factory LSD.
Oddly enough, every Dodge truck I have had (except 1) has had that option. And I bought all but 1 used. I wasn't even looking for that option either...
It tends to be on most of the Laramie's, and on many with trailer tow packages. (all mine had tow pack except the 1 without lsd) Not to say those packages are guaranteed to have it.

Good luck on the search.
