Default p0700 and 0750

I am having problems with my truck. I have a 2006 with 5.7L 4wd.Last night my engine light came on and didnt notice anything strange. Today when i first drove it it felt like it had no power when starting from a stop. It only done this a couple of times and stopped. Then it began to shutter if i cruised at about 35-40 and then tried to accelerate. Other than the shutter it will shift smoothly through all gears if i accelerate quickly through them. Took it to the auto shop and they told me the codes above. Im not sure about p0700 but the p0750 is a shift solinoid i believe. Anyone else have this problem or know anything about it? Is it as simple as a solinoid or could it be the trany itself?

P0700 usually means burnt or bad clutches and time for a rebuild.
