Default Another leveling kit question

I purchased a while back and had installed a 2inch coil spring spacer, it's the EZ ride from tuff country for my 07 dodge ram 4x4. The ride quality is still good and you can tell it raised the front end slightly but by far leveled out the truck, the back is still almost 2 inches higher then the front. My question is if I took out the spacers and installed the bilstein/rancho adjustable struts would it raise the front end more and actually level out the truck and also how bad do they hurt ride quality? Does anyone have a before and after pic?

I have the Bilstein adjustable shocks set on the highest limit ( I believe it was 2 inches) on my 07 4x4. The ride quality is great, firm and responsive a huge improvement over stock. The rear is still roughly 3/4 inch higher, but you can't tell and the truck looks level. My only regret is not changing them over sooner. My signature picture is with the shocks installed.

Yeah I'd do the 5100s if I were you. I put the ranchos on my truck and it raised the front 2" at first. They eventually settled at 1.5". Still served my purpose of gaining clearance for 35s but there's about a 1.5" difference front to back. They look good and way out perform the stock struts with their adjustability, but if level is what you want bilstein wins I think.

I just installed 5100's on my 07 QC this past weekend and love them! I have been on/off road, country roads and highway and it handles great! I had a blown strut so I figured what the heck! The hardest part was getting the old struts apart, we had to cut the shaft to get them apart! Pretty easy install actually.
