I have an '04 Ram 1500 QC w/ 5.7L Hemi. Recently I have noticed that, mostly on deceleration, that my engine will rev up to about 3,000 rpm until i come to a complete stop and occasionally on acceleration, it will do the same when i let off the gas to maintain speed. I had a check engine light but its only for the power steering pressure switch. I also have an A/M CAI so I wonder if it needs to be oiled and cleaned? Any ideas?
