Recommended Spark Plugs?

70k on the truck. I think it's time to change the plugs and wires.

Any recommendations? What is the stock brand/part number? Should I go with platinum? iridium? nickel/copper?

what about wires?

Dont know what truck you have, but likely it is Champion. Under the hood near the belt diagrams should be a sticker that gives you the exact part number.

oem champion for stock/mildly modded or NGK depending on how heavy modded you are.
