Interior Piece missing

Can you guys tell me what part is missing. It is an 2004 dodge ram 1500 2dr. I just bought it and its missing this part. I am unable to figure out what part it is. I hope you guys can help me

I just got a new one from Factory Mopar Parts. I looked at it and does anything look broke? I should be able to just put this in and be good to go right? You guys let me know
