Default CAI Problem

I just finished installing my homeade cold air intake with a K&N high flow air filter and everything works well except for one thing. My check engine light is on :/. I guess it has something to do with the IAT sensor. Please give me some feedback, thanks.

I installed my CAI without issue. The tube has a small hole in it with a rubber seal. The IAT sensor doesnt even fit all the way into the hole, but I ve never had a CEL. Drill a hole in the tube and use a rubber gasket from autozone to hold it.

Did you un-hook the battery? It will reset the PCM, and your CEL should go away.

Unhook your battery for 20 min or just unhook and touch negative and positive wires together for 20 sec and it should clear

If it comes back then you can go to your local Autozone or another auto store to have them read the code for you and then Google or post here.
You can pull the code yourself if you have a programmer but i am assuming you don't.
