As i posted 2 weeks ago here about my truck revs up and down and sometime stalls when I come to a light>>> But Not always. So went to the dealer and it will cost me about $500 for them to check it all out...So HELL NO, i left and went and bought a EGR valve and it seem to stop it for a couple days but like i said it doesnt always do it. So again today slowed down at the light and the rpm guage bounced up and down and the revs and stalled and of course the *** behind me starts blowing his horn at me...LIKE I PLANNED FOR IT TO STALL, so how ticked off i am at this going on still i yelled at the F__ker and told him i would break his legs if i get out of the truck. But I NEED HELP figuring this out and dont wanna have to go buy all new sensor for the whole truck......HELP PLEASE !!!!!!!

It's the throttle positioning sensor. It was under $50. Probably way less. It was a whole ago. Took 30 min to replace.

 

I may be canadian but i am married to one sweet hot american girl fron North Dakota, and thanks for these replys. I just hate when my truck is f__king up and cant figure it out.

 

Have you checked the idle air control.

 

Where is the idle air control located? and what would i be looking for or at?

 

By the way is there anyway I can test these parts?

 

Yeah Im used to hot american women and fixing my dodge,Its because of the violence. American women love it, but they pretend not too in america. If you got her to canada, I am sure it is perfect

 

Met on the internet and moved her up here and have been married for 13 years now and we bought our home 2 years ago. But of course she has family in oklahoma also and none of them like DODGE....

 

Could this have anything to do with the air pump?
