Default 2004 1500 Hemi Problems

My saga started when I decided to get use the fuel that had been sitting in my Jet Ski's since October so I syphoned out about 15 gallons and put it into my Dodge (I know, I know...) Truck ran fine for a day or two then started idling rough so I figured bad fuel so I topped off the tank with 93 octane and a can of Seafoam. I was driving from Daytona to Tampa the next day so I figured it would clear up after I burned the tank of gas. Unfortuately during the trip over it developed a vibration at highway speed but I arrived OK. On the trip back, I filled up with 93 Octane again and added a quart of Lucas Fuel Restorer. Got on the interstate and got the dreaded lightning bolt and shutdown to 30 Mph several times. Each time I would pull over and restart and continue until I finally limped home. I took it to my local mechanic and he told me I had so many error codes Including open fuel injectors on cyl 4 and 8, Lean bank 1 and 2, emissions codes and even a transmission code he would need to keep it for a couple of days however I needed the vehicle for work and convinced it was just a fuel problem I decided to try and trouble shoot myself. Since then I have cleaned and grounded the throttle body (believe it or not the grounding stablized the symptoms), did an agressive through the intake manifold carbon cleaning using 3 cans of CRC Carbon Cleaner, cleaned the PCV valve (bad also) replaced the EGR Valve and spark plugs, had a professional fuel injection cleaning, checked the fuel injectors electrically as well as the plug wires and coils, changed the transimisison filters and fluid while continuing to use fuel additives and 89 Octane gas. Mileage and power have restored to about 75% however it is slow to respond to the pedal. Most disturbing it has developed the 45-55mph shudder on slow acceleration however it shifts fine when I step on the gas as it goes through the shifting or if I push the tow/haul button when it starts to stumble. I suspected the cats my be clogged so I cut them out and defeated the post cat O2 sensors but no improvement. Since this whole thing began I have taken the vehicle to 3 shops and heard everything possible from a broken valve spring, bad CKP sensor, bad fuel pump, bad MAP and MAF sensor etc. In otherwords, nobody knows for sure unless they start changing parts. I am contemplating a compression check if I cant get any cheap suggestions here but I am told a dry/wet compression test costs about $350-$400. Any ideas would be appreciated and thanks for the great forum!

Damn, I can get a compression check done around here for under $100!

But to start out with the gas - YES that contains ethanol (even 10%) that is even 90 days old can absorb enough water from the atmosphere to cause serious issues. I HIGHLY suggest anyone with seldom used gas engines, be it boat, jet ski, lawn equipment, etc. treat their gas when new with an ethanol treatment/fuel stabilizer to avoid problems.

Since the problem seemed to start right after using that gas, I'd start with the issues running bad gas can cause - at least first. I hate to say it but after what you've done so far, I'd drop the tank and seriously look at the fuel pump/filter...
