Pinion Nut size?

Pinion Nut size?
Good day all,
Does anyone know what size the "Nut" is on the Pinion. I am changing out the Pinion Axle seal and need to remove the large nut behind the drive shaft U-Joint to get the seal out.
I have a 2007 Ram 1500 Q/C 4X4, 5.7l Hemi, 3.92 LSD rear axle. It has the "Ram Charger Package" , what ever that is. It's on the build sheet.
