Thanks in advance for your help

I just changed the plugs in my 4.7 and I noticed that on the front passenger side around the locatin of the first plug...I had fluid build up. I did not see any on any other part of the engine. I am hoping it is from someone spilling oil during a winter oil change... Any suggestions on what I should do to monitor this? Thoght about spraying it down with water to clear it out if it it oil but, was hesitant to put the water near the electronics.

Thanks again... Did the Plugs and PCM after breaking it... Ant other suggestions for 80000 miles?
