Default What size tires without a lift

Hey you all! Hope everyone is doing well I need a little guidance choosing a new set of tires for my 2008 2WD Laramie. So, I'm looking at some Nitto Terra Grapplers. I would like something beefier than the stock P275/60R20 without needing a lift (yet). My options are LT275/65R20E1 (a little going up!) or LT295/60R20E1 (a little wider). And for future reference, any advice on a lift kit that will not compromise the ride - too much. Any advice will be greatly appreciated!
