Default Transmission Problem, 545RFE

My transmission just gave out on me the other day. But first a little background on what lead up to it. The transmission has never slipped and shifts and pulls (or pulled) hard. However, when cold it would have a tendency to fail to downshift into first when coming to a stop and would die. On the day it gave out I was slowing down then accelerated and lost everything, ther was no smell and it would not shift into any gear. I was thinking that it might perhaps be the solenoid pack due to the problems shifting and that it has never slipped before.
When I dropped the pan the fluid was clean and there was no debris in the pan.
The codes I have downloaded are as follows:
P0734 - Gear 4 Incorrect Ratio
P0876 - Trans Fluid Press Sens/Switch D Circ Range/Perf
P0841 - Trans Fluid Press Sens/Switch A Circ Range/Perf
I have pulled the valve body and it looks fine.

Any Ideas???
