Hey everyone I am new to this forum and need some help. I have a 02 Dodge ram quad cab with a HID system in it. This truck was bought with system already in the truck. The one ballast crapped out on me so I need to get a new one and figured I would probably buy 2 to be safe. I also need a BULB OUT INDICATOR because it has that annoying display on the dash. What ballast do you guys recommend that are good but won't kill the wallet?

My ballast says this info on it : SPVHID - X12135 13.2v 35w

I was confused on the volts cause mine says 13.2 but kits I see say 12.
