I have a 2004 Ram 2500 and need to replace the wiper/turn signal multi switch in the column. I haven't purchased a replacement yet so before I do I was wondering how much of a task it may be. It looks like from looking at the part on line and opening the shroud on the column that I would need to pull the steering wheel as the part of the switch wraps around the column. I would appreciate any in site before I consider buying the part and tackling the install or having the dealer do it.
