Default Climate control lights help

Anybody know how to replace the lights behind the climate control *****? Does that panel come off, or do I have to struggle behind the dash?

Thanks!

Their is a detailed video on the disassembly to get to those bulbs on YouTube. Just search under Dodge Ram LED Dash light conversion. You can ignore the LED part but you will at least see how to get to the bulbs in the HVAC control.

I bought replacement LED bulbs from a site online and paid about $6 for all three with shipping.
