Default '04 Ram RBQ stereo

Just new to the site, looks great but lot's of info to traul through...

I'm looking to get an Aux. input into my headunit for connecting an mp3 player. All the interface kits I have looked at say they are NOT compatible with the RBQ (in dash 6CD changer) units.

Is there anyway getting an AUX. input into this model?

Are you against getting an aftermarket head unit installed? You could get an MP3 player with Aux out that they could run a wire out the front (inconspicuously). I have an MP3 deck and I love it... 150 songs on a cd.

This is what I did: http://www.walmart.com/catalog/produ...uct_id=3579125

I got that plus a 1GB thumb drive for ~$100 total. The transmitter also has a headphone type jack (plus cable) that you can plug any audio device into the transmitter. It works great and I absolutely love it. It has 9 different FM channels to choose from and I treat it like my personal radio station that is always playing my favorit songs.

Later,
Rough
