Fuel Pump Issues
Again, thanks for the help.
The pin-out I have for C217 shows it being a 14-pin plug. What are you thinking may be the ground issue. I believe this plug contains fuel pump, rear lights and trailer plugs.
I did have a bad ground for the fuel pump (meter read about 10 Ohms), but I created a new ground to the frame and the meter reads 0 Ohms.

It's Alive... The truck is back up a running. I replaced the PCM and that seemed to take care of the issue. I bought a "refurb" PCM from Solo Auto Electronics (Miami, FL), $295 programmed and delivered. Plugged it in, and she fire right up.
Gone Fishin, Thanks for your help.

Check the ground to the Relay see if it switches back and forth when you turn the truck on.
Also check to insure it's not falling out of the bottom of the box where the relay plugs in.
Sometimes that is the entire issue.
