Adjust headlights

Default Adjust headlights
Are there factory settings for setting your headlights?
I know theres only up/down but there has to be some settings or specs to go by.

Park on flat ground 25ft away from a wall. Measure the height of your headlight bulb off the ground. The center of the "hotspot" against the wall should be 3" below your bulb height.
