06-08 Uconnect radio/mirror
so i have a 2006 ram 2500 and i want to put a 2008 ram oem radio in my truck with the Uconnect feature will this have the same connectors as my 06? and do i need the uconnect mirror for it to work even though there is a button on the radio?

For factory uConnect to work with the REC radio, you'll need the following:
There used to be a guy on one of the LX forums that made the required harnesses to make everything work, but I'm not sure if they are still available. The alternative is the plug-in dealer installed uConnect that mounts on the dash. It's cheaper, but doesn't allow for the uConnect mirror.
- Mirror: 05064017AD
- Mirror harness: 56051317AC
- BT module: 05064013AV
- BT harness: unavailable if not wired for uConnect from the factory
