Default driveshaft slipe yoke

I have trouble with my output shaft seal leaking when I have a load in the bed of my truck or am pulling a trailer.

I changed out the seal. Still does it. I noticed the slipe yoke has a small nick in it. Im thinking when there is a load that the nick lines up with the seal. Therefore leaking fluid.

My question is what year driveshaft or just the slipe yoke will fit my truck. Dont really want to buy a new one I would like to just find a cheap junk yard used one to try it to see if that fixes the problem first.

My truck is a 04 hemi, 4x4, AT, 241d transfer case, qcsb. I think the part number for mine is 05014043AA.

Thanks for the help in advance.

take it to a machine shop and have them build it up and hone it back to spec.

If the nick is really small, try some emery cloth to clean it up. Just make it smooth, don't try to get it all the way out.
