Fuel Problem

I have a 2002 Dodge Ram with the 4.7 motor. It sat in a garage for a year while I was out of state without starting...We jumped it and it started right up but quit...and we cannot get it started at all now...It turns over and thats it...we did try ether and it sputtered but quit...Any ideas?

water in fuel tank, and now the injection system is full of it too. Pull the plugs and see if they are wet with water.
