New to Forum
Hello Dodge folks,
This is my first forum. I have a 2003 Dodge Ram1500 Quad cab 4x4 with 5.7 Hemi. It has 75,000 miles on it. I was thinking of trading and getting something new, but my adult daughter just moved back in with no job and a new baby. So I'm reworking my old Ram. I'm ready for new tires. I have Toyo Open Country A/T s on there now, but needing new rubber. Thinking of something beefier to fill those huge Dodge wheel wells. Down to the Toyo M/T s or a little tamer Cooper Zeon LTZ s. Anybody have any experience with either? The Coopers would be 275/60/20 at $1131 out the door and the Toyos would be 33/12.5/20 at $1450 out the door. Thanks to all who reply.

That's up to you and what you use the truck for really. If it's mostly on road driving I would go with the Zeons or even look into terra grapplers or discoverer at3's. If you do alot of off road then go with the toyos as long as you can justify the extra coin for them.
Yep what you intend to use the truck for would dictate tire choice. Since you are going with 20" tires in a relatively small size, the lack of sidewall dictates off-roading isn't what you're planning. So I don't really see the need for the Toyo M/Ts unless you just like the look. Zeons are a hybrid cross-over tire between a true highway tire and an All-Terrain tire and are a good choice when off pavement travel is pretty much limited to dry, well maintained trails. Nitto Terra Grapplers would be a good true All-Terrain choice very similar to the Toyo A/Ts...
