Default Misfire issue???

My '07 Ram 1500 5.7 L does what I believe is misfire once and again. Usually when cruising at highway speed, 100-110 kph. The engine wants to cut out then will rev back up. Only this last time it threw the codes p1128 and p1129. These are related to fuel system or a number of sensor issues. What might be a cause of the misfire and where to start with the code issue.
Thank for any and all help.

Ive had a misfire issue twice. My problem was I had smashed my spark plugs in my cylinder both times. First time it was cylinder 3 the second time it was cylinder 6. You might check your plugs, wires and coil packs. Does the truck have a rough idle or buck when going 50 mph or faster?

My truck does buck and wants to stall out then will fire back up. The tach will jump up and down then settle and away I go. I don't need to shut it off it just goes on its own. I've narrowed it down to when I let off in the gas or when I turn the cruise control off. Seems to only do it when I let off on the gas.

My truck would idle rough, you could tell it would skip a cylinder and going down the highway it would buck and shake. Is your check engine light on?
