most people who run the 35inch tires they get a 2 or 2.5 inch leveling kit so that should work fine with the 33s and the add-a-leaf only adds like 1-1 1/2 inches I believe so I would go with 2.5 leveling kit if it was me

33s will fit stock. If you want to raise the front though I would say to get quick lift struts

I woudn't on a 2006+. 2" is most I would reccomend. The CV axles get to be at a much steeper angle that extra .5" and can cause unnecessary wear/bind and notorious 4wd vibrations.

Yup. 33" is actually a stock tire for 20" wheels, so no fitment issue's or anything even at stock height. I agree with choice of level!
Both Bilstein and Rancho make them. They have adjustable spring perches and longer shocks. An ALL-in_one as compared to the cheaper spacers which cause stock shocks to "top out" due to the short length.
Bilsteins are actually cheaper than buying spacers and struts seperately! Ranchos are a bit priceier.
This is a little comparison between Rancho and Bilstein I found on one of our Sponsors sites.
Here is an indepth overview on Bilsteins on a Tundra site.
