Default 2003 Dodge Ram 1500 Hemi Trouble Codes Please Help

I have a 2003 Dodge Ram 1500 4x4 Quad Cab with a Hemi. It has 72000 miles on it. It has a 5 spd Automatic 5-45RFE. The only upgrades I have done is put dual exhaust from the y pipe back and put a superchips tuner on it with the 92 octane program on it. I bought form a guy who had it garage kept with 52000 miles on it 2 years ago. I went to back the truck out of my parking spot and it hesitated for a second and kind of jerked you backwards from giving it a little more gas. It drove fine other than that issue for a while, it didnt always do this. Then one day I was driving home on the high way and if I went over 60 mph the rpm gauge would jump up even tho I wasnt giving it any more gas. Like the transmission was slipping. So I parked it and drove it for a couple of weeks with no issues. I then drove it to work which is only 7 miles from my house. When I left I dropped a person off. It took me an hour to get home. I would put it in drive make it about 40 feet and 30 mph and it felt like it was in neutral. I could sit there and give it gas and it would not move. So I would turn the truck off. Start it back up and it would drive about 40 feet then do the same thing over. It did this repeatly until I got home. Today I started it up put it in reverse and backed out of the spot put it in drive and it drove around our circle fine. It poped these check engine codes, P0700, P0731, P0732, P0871, P0876. The other problem I had was when I would be cruiseing at a decent speed and get a red light I would have to slow down pretty fast. It would shut off. I would start it right back with no problems. I am just trying to get ideas of what could be my problem. I love the truck. Just scared to drive right now. If any one could help I would really appreciate it. The dodge dealer here isnt to good, they have had alot of complaints. Thanks

I'm not a mechanic, but these symptoms appear when the transmission filter become clogged. Shut down and the crap falls down off of the filter and problem briefly goes away. Start up and the filter begins sucking crap back up until it plugs up & problem reappears. No flow of trans fluid = no engage= runaway rpms. My manual called for changing filters ( ones a mini screw on and the other a felt) and fluid at 40K. I just did it again at 98K.
