is it possible to flush coolant system through bleeder valve ??
got to thinking, is it possible to rig up some PVC fittings to attach to a garden hose and flush the coolant system through the bleeder valve ?
baring that most of the water might just flow into the radiator and out the drain plug would it exchange most of the old coolant from the system ??
think it would be safe to do this with the engine running or would too much air, via bubbles get into the system ??

Yikes. This wouldn't eveer be on my list of choices! What a paint to even find the plugs to buy and then to get them in properly with the engine in place? Also, the freeze plugs don't go to the bottom of the water troth, so even removing a freeze plug wouldnt drain all of the coolant.
If you want to make sure all colant if flushed, pull off the lower radiator hose and fill the system back up wih just water. Get engine hot so it circulates the water and pushed the coolant out of the block. Wait for it to cool down some and pop off the lower hose again. Repeat once more if your ****.
Total coolant system takes about 4.7gal so, youll want to pour in atleast 2 full gallons of concentrated coolant if not 2.5gal before topping off with water.
