Default P0443/P0138/P0070 erratic idle etc

So I'm gonna bite the bullet and ask here... Mechanics don't care, my dealer here know their stuff, but ya got to pay up...BIG
Just trying to make sense of it all.
I've got a 03 Ram 4.7 with a swapped engine from 2006 (Im Pretty darn sure it's an 06) silly stuff....
Got the truck with the engine check light on, one code P0138 if I remember correctly and the truck had a stall problem, very intermittent. Popped on a new Volant CAI...as it had nothing on at first. (you can see its a bit of a project).. The truck was stalling, had no time to mess with it, mechanics changed cam sensor, as it was flooded in oil. Did a tune up... Was all good for a while and now I ran into a slightly different problem- rough idle, the truck stalls sometimes especially after braking, the engine revs itself up sometimes...Runs pretty rich too. Oh, hesitation problems too. Last night after switching the engine on, it was juddering like a ****, dash was flickering like a Christmas tree..revved it slightly, was all good afterwards.. Weird? I thought cleaning the IAC would fix some of the problems (it stalls only on idle...and it stalled twice in reverse), I know cleaning is a bodge job, but it did seem to run better afterwards. Could this still be the problem? Also, it seemed to run better every time I disconnected battery..

Now, are these codes interconnected in some way or another?
I posted about the P0070 just in case, I know it shouldn't be related and means nothing by itself. Went to Autozone to scan it, their tool didn't show any underlying code, just the P0070- "ambient air temperate signal voltage too high/low"... First time hearing this. Related to a/c? Or has it been read wrong. I always thought p0070 is tied to transmission..
P0138, P0443 - I was told by mechanics it basically responds to emission leak? Something to fix in the future, but nothing to worry about... Yeah, well, my truck is running like stupid now..
I know, P0138 is basically o2 sensor. I don't think there are any misfiring problems.. And fuel pressure problems are unlikely. Or not so much?
P0443 is the actual Evap code. Where do I start with this one?

So are they linked in any way and where should I start?
Thought the battery was going out with all this heat, checked it, apparently it's fine..
Going to most of the mechanics around here will mean they will look at the most likely causes then give up.. I also don't want to start swapping out all the sensors like stupid, drop the money and then find out I still have the problem.

Any ideas? Voltage problems, some connections? ... And let me know what other info you need...

Thanks.
I guess I am just really confused right now.
