Default 04 ram 1500 power brake not working

Sorry for a bit of a story here but it may be relevant.

04 Ram 1500 4.7L been getting cylinder 7 misfire code for months, installed new spark plugs, still there, installed new coil pack, still there. Now it get messy, installed new fuel injector at parts sore recommedation, was told I had to remove valve cover to do so (incorrect) but I didn't realize that until I had it off. To get the valve cover off I had to remove the power sterring reservoir, in the process of all this removal one of the fuel injector retainer clips fell under the intake manifold so that hadto be removed as well.

During the process of putting everything back together the bolt holdig the intake manifold and #8 coil pack down busted off and I can't get it out, so the coil pack is just pushed down on the spark plug. Of course the check engine light is still on and I haven't got it scanned yet. It starts and runs so I can still drive it if I must, my biggest problem i that now the power brakes do not seem to be working. All the vaccum hoses coming from the brake booster seem to be in good condition and attached properly, I read somewhere to pump te brakes with the engine off, then start the engine and turn wheel from lock to lock a few times and I've done so, I've checked the power steering fluid level and that is fine (apparently the PS pump helps the power braking system?) Steering is fine on the vehicle.

Any thoughts/suggestions?

Thanks in advance

I noticed on my brake booster there are 2 hoses coming of it at 90 degrees from each other. The smaller hose connects to the throttle body, the 2nd larger hose points staight down and I can not figure out where (if it all) it connects to. Any ideas?

First thing I would do it bleed the brakes and replace all the old fluid. The brake booster works off vacuum so either it works or it doesnt. I have a very low miles booster and master cylinder out in the shop if you need a replacement
