I am wondering, if anyone has got the Superchips tuner yet for the 04 Hemi? If so I would like to know how it works. Also why is the Superchips supposed to be so much better than the Hypertech? Thanks for the replies.

Between Superchips and Hypertech....no one is really much better than the other since they both dont improve performance by anything worth noting for the most part.

I was a little skeptical of the hypertech I bought....only bought it because i got it brand new for 289 shipped.


I finally put in the tune last week and noticed only a SLIGHT kick in torque at low rpms and of course the fact that i can rev it out +200rpms into the limiter because I set it that way. However,,, I did take a trip to my house upstate last weekend and according to the computer...I got between 16 and up to 17.5 mpg on the highway which I only used to get a max of 15.5-16mpg on. (keep in mind the mpg is so low because its a laramie with AWD + the hemi)

 

I ordered one, but they pushed the date to the end of the month or something. I just hope I see it before I die. [&:]
