Update...... Put stock tune on and couldnt tell if that helped or fixed it due to MDS kicking in and out. Put back on econ mode and everything seems to be back to normal. Running great. Now the only question is what would cause the program to change or act up like that??????
its the adaptive learning the modern cars do. the learn a bunch of parameters about your driving and change things like shifting and throttle response based on it.
straight up flashing does the same thing as disconnecting the battery because it resets those parameters.
