Ok so was at dealership today after the new computer put in it's still has a really rough idle and acceleration. I was talking with tech and he was actually pretty cool. Anyways they said there next move is a new throttle body positioning sensor. All ground wire are good and connection to PCM is good... I just want my truck back.

Did anybody check to see if there was water in the gas--I know its a long shot, but its the first thing that came to mind. If that is the case, the fuel rail will fill up with water too, because no return line to he tank

I hope this works out for you man, but it sure sounds like they have no clue what they are doing, just replacing stuff till something magically works...hope youre not wasting too much money.

have them check the o2 sensors try changing them out with anything but bosch like mike said that is what the code comes back to. also the 03 have a problem dropping valve springs. i'd have them try the o2 sensors first and if that doesn't do anything have them look and the valve springs. oh

Sounds like they are replacing the most priciest things to boot... a new PCM is big $ but is simple to swap out. If it didn't fix the issue have them put your original back in...or at the very least I would ask for all the parts back they replaced, they are most likely still good.
Valve springs were my first thought and its leaning more and more in that direction.
Sorry to say they kinda got you by the nads, but it doesn't have to be that way.

One bad injector could cause all the pre exsting issues, but I'm not as smart as a dodge dealership.

I paid for the original repair the first time I brought it In new bell crank sensor and throttle body cleaning and gasket I brought it back the next day when it wasnt fixed they told me they would take care of it. Truck has extended warranty they even gave me a rental for the whole time they have had the truck. They have been test driving the truck all day and they say it's good after replacing the tps, so we shall see. Thanks for all the help and feedback.

Finally got truck back yesterday, soooooooo starting from first to last,
-bell crank sensor
-throttle body cleaning and gasket
-fuel pump
-new PCM lol at that one
- new throttle body and tps
So after the last one and over 50 miles of test driving they say it's fixed picked it up yesterday and drove great washed it showed it some love. This morning I start it and letting it sit for a mintute it had a little bit of some hick ups very slight and then stopped drove to work and was fine. I don't really feel confident in the truck as of yet :/ and not sure why but I have had a 2-4 drop on my truck for about a month or two and it sits level now after I got it back the driver side front and rear is about an inch lower maybe a little more then the other side!!! What now!!!
