Its a sure bet that a throttle body spacer IS a waste of money, especially on a modern computerized fuel rail injection type vehicle. All it would be doing is increasing the intake runner length by a 1/2 inch or so... that still doesnt help with anything since the fuel doesnt get mixed until somewhere down the line closer to the head itself, if not in the head or cylinder even.
Welcome to Dodge Forum. Gotta agree with everything that has been said about the spacer. They can be very effective on carburated engines, but don't have much at all to offer a FI engine.
