Default a/c/heat blower not working right?

Hello all,
I have a 06 Hemi and recently I've noticed, since I've used the A/C more than usual, I will turn my blower for the A/C on and I'll stick my hand about 4-5 inches from any vent and I can barely feel it blowing on my hand. It doesn't matter what setting I have it on, I barely feel it blowing out of the vent. Has anyone else had this problem or heard of it? Or is it normal? Oh, and the actual blower works, when I have it on #4 the actual unit sounds like it is operating like normal.
Thanks for any input

Hate to say but Dodge put cheap plastic flaps all through the a/c and heating ducts they break like crazy it could be one of those.

Its a easy cheap fix just kinda frustrating that they dont splurge and use better parts. On the good side the aftermarket flaps are thicker and built better!
