Default High mount stop light

I can't go look right now because I have my son this morning and im trying to order bulbs so any help would be appreciate... How many bulbs are in that sucker on an 04, and how many "red" bulbs and white ones. Also if anyone has converted it to led bulbs (not a whole new led unit) did you need resistors, or was it OK with bulbs alone?
