overload spring

Default overload spring

Just a question for some of you that have taken off your over load spring how does it ride with out it thinking about taking mine off this weekend when I put on the drop shackles

I dont think that it's removable even if it's considered an overload spring...
Lots of guys have posted up pics of their rear leaf springs being bent downward. I dunno if I'd remove support unless you never put anything in the bed.
Take a look at your springs. They should not weave at all and should be flat to bent upwards like you would think. If the axle part is higher than any other part, then I would def not remove any links.
