03 1500 Quad Cab 4x4 shaking at 37-43MPH

I'm with him on this one...
You might need to get the truck on a lift to really get a good look at whats going on.
Now we didn't ask this question, does the shaking stop after 43mph or does it get so bad you have to back off of the throttle?

I have check the ujoints and cv joints and everything checks out there. I have thought about bands in the tires, but when I tried the spare tire swap it didn't go away. The shake does stop once above 43mph, and then returns briefly around 60ish. It also does it off throttle as it comes through those mph ranges as slowing down without brakes applied. This is what makes be think something drivetrain related. Plus since there is no shake or vibration coming through steering wheel. I do appreciate all the help.
