Default Gas mileage still improving

My 4.7 Ram 1500 has 2200 miles now and the gas mileage has indeed continued to improve with each fill up now that the motor has worn in some. Looks like the folks that told me on here that it would were right as rain. Filled up today and did the manual calculation and got 16.3 MPG on the last tank! That is average with plenty of stop and go driving mixed in with some light hwy. Have been doing the exact same type of driving mix since I got the truck. The first tank was only 14.2 MPG, same driving, same driving pattern, same speeds etc and its up to 16.3. I am thrilled. This truck should do great now on a real hwy trip. Loving my Ram!

No, I dont have the display above the mirror. I have to do the calculation the old fashioned way dividing miles driven by the number of gallons put back in. That option would be on a more expensive ram that has more options than mine I suppose.
