Default Lifter in cylinder 7 making noise.

I have developed a noisy lifter on cylinder #7. I can't seem to find anyone who sells just the lifters besides the dealership. I have found lifters sold with a cam. So, I'm wondering does anyone know of any good camshafts to put in an '03 5.7L Hemi? And any with a nice lope to them?
I have found:
http://moparcarparts.com/P5153570AB - P5153325AB Camshaft, Duration @ .006" 259 degrees intake, 267 degrees exhaust. Duration @ .050" 204 degrees intake / 210.5 degrees exhaust. Lobe spread 116 degrees. Gross lift with stock rockers .500 inch intake, .488 inch exhaust, 5.7L Hemi

I have also found a new stock camshaft with lifters for $95 shipped.
I also got the option of tearing apart my hemi motor build and taking the lifters from that one knowing those are the same as the one's in my truck right now.

The lifter may be sticking and causing the noise. I would try putting a quart of Marvel mystery oil in there and driving it for 100miles or so and then do an oil change to see if that eliminate your noisey lifter.
Atleast try that for now and it might allow you to take additional time and make a solid cam choice for the near future rather than diving head first and regretting the decision later on.

I got enough mechanical knowledge and know-how to dive head first into things like this. Only thing my shop at home is missing is a cnc mill/lathe. In a week I can afford the cam. It just gives me an excuse to put a performance part in.

Marvel mystery oil is a bunch of crap...My noise got louder and more consistent IMMEDIATELY after adding that. So, I changed my oil and substituted a quart of 10-30 for a quart of Lucas. Noise is only when cold at idle again and very subtle. I think I know what could have caused the lifter problem in the first place. When I changed the oil last (the day after the problem started), I accidentally picked up 5-20 instead of 10-30 like I always use in my truck. 5-20 is what I use in my mom's new civic.
