I have been searching the forum for some basic guildlines for doing a tune up on my 2003 5.9l. I found some in other "generation" models but they ended at 2002, are there any for this year?

I picked it up about a year ago with 95k miles it now has 105k, had to replace one of the O2 sensors and have had to get an oil leak and a coolant leak fixed. When they did the coolant they did the thermostat and water pump.

I know I need new plugs, wires, cap and bug (suggested parts?). I am sure I should clean the throttle body (guide?)

Transmission fluid change would be in order too.
