Default What radiator do I need?

I'm planning on replacing my radiator in the near future. It has a small leak on it. Truck just barely overheats when at idle for extended period of time....like 5+ minutes. My question is how do I know if I need it with or without the filler neck, with or without the air conditioning, with or without the maximum cooling?

Also, what's a good brand to go with?

I have a 2006 1500 SLT 5.7 L Hemi Quad Cab 4x2 Auto Transmission.

Thanks for the help.

Do you have A/C? (if yes then you need with A/C)

Does your current radiator have a filler neck on it? (if Yes then you need with filler neck)

Do you want to cool the engine better? (if yes then get with max cooling)

Or when in doubt go to the dealership and cough up a little extra and know you're getting the right part....

Thanks for the reply......those are all pretty obvious but I asked because I didn't know if you can take from the old radiator. If you don't have a filler neck can you fill it? What's the deal with that? Any input on brand to stay away from?

Thanks.

Radiators without a filler neck usually have to get filled via an upper coolant reservoir (like Subaru's design for instance).
