Purchasing a 1500 what to look out for
I have 91000 miles on my 4.7 and the only thing that has been needed were all the front end suspension components. Its a good truck and mine is still mostly stock and I'm getting around 13.5-14mpg in the city. If your not towing or hauling a bunch then it should be good. I did own a hemi before this and there is a difference between the 5.7 and 4.7, for example the 4.7 has a little more harder time going up hills as easily as the 5.7.
But if it fits what your gonna do with it and the price is right then go for it. The forums have endless ideas and information.

I have a 2005 QC 4x4 with the 4.7L and living in the hill country of central Texas is not easy for the 4.7. Add a headwind and it really has trouble. The gas mileage is horrible because I've always got my foot in it. As for over-heating... Mine has never gotten too hot. the only mod I have is the DIY CAI. Mine is paid off and not a daily driver, otherwise I'd be looking at a hemi. For what it's worth, the 4.7 4x4 has worked very well off road and I've put it into some pretty compromising situations. Although the grommets on the shift lever linkage gave out but a zip tie later and I was back on the trail.
Just to some what close this out I bought a 2004 1500 Laramie. When looking at that 4.7L I came across a personal sale by an older couple. Garage kept, 52k Hemi and in beautiful shape inside and out. All records, maintenance on time ever time.... I'll post some pics.
So the journey begins, let the mods start. This is going to fun and very different for me as previously to this, my other 2 cars are highly modded BMW 5 series. Have not done much with trucks.

Best of luck, you got it with super low mileage and the upgraded interior. I would change all the fluids including the brake fluid unless the service records show it was done recently. After all, is approching 9 years old.
Congrats on the truck. Mine's the same year and about the same mileage as yours and have hardly ever had issues with it. I had the A/C looked at for leaking seals, I replaced the EGR valve and shocks. Other than bulbs and regular maintenance, couldn't be happier with the old girl.
