Default starts and stalls

Hi new here i have a 2006 1500 quad cab hemi 80,000 miles
i was on vacation and went to start the truck and it stalled
this happened 3 times then the truck would not turn over
my husband checked and saw the neg battery cable was left loose
he took it off to reset the computer and it started up and got us home
sounds kinda odd around 1500/2000 rpms and fuel milage is down
any help please.2nd sometimes i put my left signal on it blinks then turns
off and puts the right signal on even when its pressed down for right turns?

The stall issue could be many things. The battery not keeping a solid connection could certainly be a cause, but I will let others offer possible causes on that issue.

As far as the turn signals go, you may be in need of a multi function switch, which is on the stalk that you use for turns signals, wipers, and washer. If it is indeed a multi function switch that you need, Chrysler extended the warranty on that part to 10 years and 150,000 miles so if that is what you need the dealer should install it for you free of charge. A copy of the warranty extension is below.

This bulletin involves replacing the multifunction switch if found inoperative or operating

SYMPTOM/CONDITION:
Some customers may experience a turn signal switch malfunction that will cause the turn
signals to flash incorrectly. When selecting a right turn, the left flashers will function and
when selecting a left turn, the right flashers will function.
DIAGNOSIS:
If the multifunction switch is found malfunctioning, Perform the Repair Procedure.
NOTE: This Service Bulletin only applies to the replacement of the Multifunction
Switch. All other repairs are not overed by this Service Bulletin.

Hmmm id start with seeing what the plugs look like, then testing to see if you have the same amount of power going to each coil. Lets us know how it goes. Could possibly even be a bad o2 sending to much or not enough fuel to the injectors
