Can trailer mirrors be repaired?

Default Can trailer mirrors be repaired?
The heated flip up mirror on my 2007 Ram 1500 will adjust every way but one, are these throwaway or can they be repaired?

Mine started with the same issue. Then it became it would not adjust at all. It was not the mirror, it was the master window control on the d/s door.
