Heater Fan Intermittent
2003 Dodge Ram 2500 5.7 V8
I turn on the blower fan for the heater and it may or may not come on. If it does chances are it will just stop in about 5-10 minutes. It does this on all speeds. Not just high, medium or low.
My initial thought is a bad ground somewhere but ust wanted to check with you all before I start ripping the dash apart in case there is a common problem that I dont know about.

Not sure about a common issue with this, but my first thought is a ground too. A friend had another brand vehicle and his acted like this. I attached a wire from the blower motor to a good ground under the dash and it fixed his issue. I guess the ground was breaking some where in the factory wire run.
