Default Suspension Help

I own a 2004 Dodge Ram 2500 4x4 Quad Cab Hemi with a 2" Front Leveling and 1.5" Add a Leaf Kit. I have a wobble problem that I cannot seem to chase the culprit. If there is anyone in the Maryland/Delaware/Pennsylvania area that can help me out please message me or post here.

Thanks
Scot

Best fix is http://www.solidsteel.biz/dss.htm. I don't have it on my truck but I might add it. I am currently running the Tuff Country dual steering stabilizer kit. http://www.tuffcountry.com/miscellaneous/steering-stabilizers.htm My truck doesn't wobble at all with the stabilizers.

Do you have to be from the north to help you?

I was thinking about doing both the dual stab and box stab but the dynamics don't make sense to me. Would be helpful so i can bring the truck to someone who knows what they are doing since even the dealer is baffled.

Where are you located, I live in Jackson, NJ.

What size tire are you running on your truck?

The bigger the tire the greater the force your steering box needs to apply to turn them. The steering box on the 2500-3500 trucks only has one point of contact with the frame. The forces on the steering box get transferred to the frame causing it to flex, that flex is what is causing the wobble.

The reason why the steering box bracket is the best fix is because it stiffens up the frame and it adds another mounting point to help hold the output shaft of steering box in place under heavy load.

Like I said before I don't have the steering box brace just the stabilizers and my truck doesn't wobble at all. From what I've noticed online, it looks like the stabilizers are the cheaper fix of the two.

I live in Elkton, MD. I am running TOYO LT275/65R20 http://www.tiresdirect.net/TOYO-Open...OWL-P5036.aspx

I have also replaced the track bar, steering linkage, universal joints, and wheel hub and bearing assemblys trying to chase down the problem.

Yea that is what the right wheel is doing between 45 and 60 mph. I hope the steering box stab fixes the problem but I still can't grasp the concept behind strengthening the steering box to fix a wobble at the hub. Especially when I do not feel any slop in steering. But we'll see.

It turns out that the steering box itself was bad or so Adams Jeep in Aberdeen, MD said. Who would of thought without slop it would still be bad. This in turn ruined the bushing in the heim joint end of the track bar and the steering dampener. I am still trying to get the heim joint from Top Gun Customz.
