Default Front suspension lower on one side 05 1500

Hi guys I have a 2005 Ram 1500 4X2 Laramie. I've noticed that the passenger side is lower by about 1/2" from the drivers side but its noticeable if you look the truck from the front. Another thing I saw while replacing the sway bar links is that when you lower the sway bar on to the links the sway bar end on the passenger side touches the link's rubber bushing while on the drivers side the sway bar end doesn't touch the rubber bushing on the link by about 1/2 inch.

A friend suggested that it could be the rubber piece that goes in between the coil spring and the coil bracket that it could be worn.

I need some ideas before starting to disassemble the front end. Thanks in advance.
