'03 Quad Cab with power windows. The lockout switch either mechanically malfunctioned and permanently locked out the windows or it's a a fault on the circuit board. I can roll all the windows down from the driver's control, but passengers have no control.

I have yet to disassemble the assembly to mess with it. I took it out of the door panel and wiggled it around. The lockout bypassed for a day or so and then locked out the window switches again.

I'm looking for a replacement at the local junk yards, but 03-09's are hard to come by.

Anyone know of a work around?

 

I feel silly. I just found the DIY on the Lockout. This site is awesome!

 

It is a fairly easy repair. I re-soldered the lock-out switch contacts over a year ago. Haven't had the problem since.
