I put in lift spindles and they are shaped differently so now at full lock they push the vertical sway bar ends that come out of the lower control arm against the coil spring. Is this bad or will they just bend a bit lol

I can't think of a solution other than go swaybar-less

 

are you sure the spindles are the correct ones for your truck just asking because mine don't do that

 

I would assume not being in all the way/or in right. Or not the ones for your truck.
Even though the key fits dosent mean it turns the lock
